The privacy of your data is important to us and our Privacy Notice describes how we collect and use personal information in accordance with data protection legislation (including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The information about you we may collect, hold and process for finding you a suitable role is as follows:
Your name
Your address
Your email address
Your telephone number
Your Resume/work history
Your Job preferences including role, geographical areas and salary
Any other work-related information you provide, for example, education or training certificates


Data Use 
Information given freely by you is only used for the recruitment process. We will not divulge any information to a prospective employer without first obtaining your consent. The above information is used to provide our services to you in our capacity as an employment business / agency to find you suitable work based on your requirements as set out below.

oTo put forward your details to our clients for you to be considered for vacancies
oTo place you with our clients
oTo keep you informed of available opportunities as they arise


Data Storage 
All the personal data we have is stored on our database in the UK and accessible only to Azure Global Resourcing Ltd employees. Your information may also be disclosed on a confidential basis to (a) clients who will also need to process your information for the purposes we have described in this Policy; (b) third parties when required by law; and (c) service providers, but only to the extent necessary to perform work directed by us (such as security services, web hosting, background checking and other administrative services).


Data Retention and Accuracy 
We are required by law to hold your information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data controller.

It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal information changes during your working relationship with us. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your Personal Data is maintained and up to date.


Your Rights

Withdrawal Of Consent 
If you have provided us with your consent to process your data, for the purpose of using our services and us finding you suitable work, you have the right to withdraw this at any time.  In order to do so, please contact Jim Bishop, Director E: jbishop@azuregr.com


Electronic Marketing   
If you’ve given us your consent, we may use the information we’ve collected about you to send you marketing offers and news about our services using various channels such as mail, phone, email and SMS. We won’t sell your personal information to other organisations for marketing purpose.

Concerns
